How We Charge Our Fees

After reviewing your case, we’ll create a proposal that details the fees and work involved. The proposal will be thoughtfully prepared, taking into account factors like the time required, complexity, document review or drafting, document quantity, resource gathering for a strong case, negotiation needs, and communication with your company’s secretary, auditor, accountant, and third party. Our pricing is transparent with no surprise charges or hourly billing, unless requested. All fees are subject to a 6% GST, and additional costs like printing, courier, telephone charges, stamping, filing, affirmation, etc., may apply.
